• Installation, use, or removal of products is solely at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, aircraft downtime, lost profits, or damages resulting from installation or operation.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. FAA & Airworthiness Documentation

• Certain parts may be delivered with FAA Form 8130-3 or equivalent documentation provided by the manufacturer or approved repair station.
• Such documentation does not alter our terms of sale or imply any warranty regarding performance or lifespan.
• “As removed” parts, when sold, are provided strictly on that basis.

5. Orders, Returns & Refunds

• Only new, unopened, and uninstalled items may be returned, subject to approval.
• Standard restocking fees may apply:
  • $75 for items up to $999
  • $150 for items $1,000+
• Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
  • Special order items
  • Software or programmed equipment
  • Time-sensitive or outdated items
  • Opened or used items
  • Products with lost/broken traceability
• FAA-certified parts (TSO, PMA, etc.):
  • Returns accepted only in “new” condition, unopened packaging, and with proper Form 8130.
  • If returned with Form 8130 marked “New and Unused” but packaging not intact, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
  • Used items cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DirectAeroParts.com (logos, product data, text, images, code, and layouts) is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the Website may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of such external content. Access is at your own risk.
